Big ol’ vegan big mac 🍔 I used @vivavivera plant burgers + diced white onion , shredded lettuce + @violife_foods cheese slices + pickles + homemade big mac sauce , all stacked up inside a sesame seed burger bun (and a half)! 🥳 full recipe below! ⤵️ . ‘big mac’ burger sauce: 1/4 cup vegan mayo 3/4 tsp paprika 1 tbsp relish 1/4 tsp yellow mustard 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp agave syrup 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp salt . mix all ingredients together in a bowl and store in the fridge in a jar or airtight container until ready to use. . Follow us for daily inspiration🌱: 👉@vegansnacksrecipes👈 . you’ll also need: 2 vegan burger patties 2 sesame seed burger buns fresh lettuce 1-2 vegan cheese slices white onion , diced pickle slices . pan fry or grill burger patties at medium heat until browned and piping hot , flipping once to cook on both sides. 🔥 to build your vegan big mac , spread burger sauce onto the bottom half of the bun , then add a sprinkle of diced white onion , lettuce , a slice of vegan cheese , and one burger. add a second bottom bun , more sauce , onions , and lettuce , pickle slices , and the second burger. top with more burger sauce and the top bun. 🍔 . ♥️By @thezestylime

I’m getting so used to this whole isolation thing now. Not actually sure what I’m going to do when things go back to normal 😅 That being said , even though I am a complete extrovert , I am looking forward to being *social* again. One of favourite fresh healthy stay at home lunches lately , falafel wraps with Qukes® from @perfectionfreshaus they are perfect to make healthy vegan tzatziki. So important to eat premium fresh products for our health especially in times like this. I’m secretly loving having my husband staying home from work because now I get to feed him all the healthy things for lunch instead of him relying on eating out all the time. Here is the recipe: 2-3 Qukes® baby cucumbers 1-2 cloves garlic 1 300g packet silken tofu Juice 1 lemon 1 tsp chopped fresh mint. Blend and serve on falafel wraps or salads or whatever else you like. We all love vegan sushi , right The combination of flavors is outstanding especially when combined with wasabi and soy sauce. The only problem is the hassle of making it! Well , we have you in mind with this no roll sushi bowl with spicy "tuna." It packs the same taste you remember with way less work involved. The Origin of Spicy Tuna Roll We were curios about how spicy tuna gain its popularity so we googled it. Some say in the early 70s a famous Japanese chef created and made this popular in Little Tokyo in L.A. but no one knows who the chef was nor what his restaurant was called. It's a mystery. Either way , we all love and appreciate the taste it brings , the cruelty free way of course! We enjoy eating vegan sushi with wasabi and soy sauce but like the added kick of the spicy mayo. Spicy Mayo According to our web-research , mayo in general originated way back in the mid 1600s  somewhere in Western Europe. In case you don't know , Japanese love cooking with mayo. The most popular Japanese mayo is made by Kewpie which is not vegan but tastes richer and creamier than American ones. Probably , with their love for mayo and the hospitality to please the palette of non-Japanese , they added their own spin on it using a foreign ingredient , sriracha , from a different part of Asia.  We like using the combination of this organic mayo and organic Sriracha to make our vegan spicy mayo. It sounds simple but the sriracha already has a compound flavor and with scallions it's fantastic. That Spicy "TUNA" Now for the "tuna" , there are some vegan friendly mocked tuna you can find in grocery stores. We've tried a couple of them. To be honest , they all are just okay and we thrive on using real ingredients possible. So we use tomatoes! We find that peeled tomato flesh works brilliantly to give you that tuna-like texture. . Dragonfruit Latte 💗 with Hot coffee ☕️ Cream. I do love adding any superfood to my lattes or plant based milk such as almond or rice milk. To make the coffee cream: - 1 Tbsp istant coffee - 1 Tbsp raw sugar - 1 Tbsp warm plntbased milk Directions: Using an electric whisk whip all the ingredients till a thick foam forms. Place on top of your hot drink.
