Pad See Ew by @alexafuelednaturally 😋 Vegan stir-fried spicy noodle recipe to try out! Serves 4 1/2 yellow onion , thinly sliced 3 cloves garlic 8 ounces broccolini , chopped 1 bell pepper , thinly sliced 1 lb fresh rice noodles (found in asian market) OR 1 lb dry rice noodles 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp cane sugar or pure maple syrup 5 tbsp soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp sriracha 1-2 tsp chili pepper flakes (depending of preference of heat!) 8 ounces broccolini 2 tsp avocado oil (or oil of choice) Method: 1.If you’re not using fresh noodles and instead using dry rice noodles prepare the noodles according to packet instructions. 2. Meanwhile mince the garlic and thinly slice the onion. Bring a wok or large pan on medium heat. Add the oil then add the garlic and onion and sauté for 4 minutes then add thinly sliced bell pepper and chopped broccolini. Sauté for 5-7 minutes. Add the chili pepper flakes and stir. 3. Add the noodles to the vegetables and mix…the noodles should soften after 2-3 minutes. 4. To a small bowl combine soy sauce , vinegar , sugar and sriracha. Mix together then pour over the noodles. Fold gently to combine , for the sauce to coat the noodles evenly and to caramelize. Letting cook for 4-5 minutes. 5. Tom Yum soup with zucchini noodles by @woon.heng ⁣ Recipe (yields 1-2 servings)⁣ 🌱Ingredients:⁣ ~ 1 zucchini , spiralized⁣ ~ 2 cups veggie stock/broth⁣ ~ 2 stalks lemongrass (white part) , pounded⁣ ~ 3 slices galangal⁣ ~ 2 lime leaves⁣ ~ onion slices (as preferred)⁣ ~ 2 Thai chilis , chopped⁣ ~ 2 tablespoons 'fish' sauce (recipe on highlights)⁣ ~ 1 teaspoon coconut sugar⁣ ~ 1/2 - 1 tablespoon *Tom Yum or red chili paste⁣ ~ 1/2 cup heirloom tomatoes , halved⁣ ~ 1/2 cup Bella mushrooms , halved ~ 4oz pan-fried firm tofu⁣ ~ salt to taste , lime juice , coconut milk , chopped cilantro⁣ ⁣ ✅In a 2 quart pot , bring the veggie stock to boil , then add in lemongrass , galangal , onion slices , chilis & lime leaves. Place lid over , turn heat to low & let simmer for 10 mins until aromatic. Season with tom yum/chili paste , 'fish' sauce , coconut sugar & salt (add lime juice for a tangier soup). ✅Add in tomatoes , mushrooms , tofu & continue to cook for another 2mins until mushrooms are fully cooked through over low-med heat. Finally , add in the desired coconut milk (I used 1/4 cup) & turn off the heat.⁣ ✅To serve , place zucchini noodles in a bowl & ladle warm soup over. If you prefer fully cooked zucchini noodles , add them in soup & cook for 30 secs before serving. Curry rosso di gamberi English below 🇺🇸 Ingredienti 1 peperone rosso 200 ml latte di cocco 500 ml di acqua 1 scalogno 1 lime 1 cucchiaio pasta di curry rosso 10 gamberoni 1 seppia media 120 g spaghetti di riso 2 rametti di timo 2 cucchiai di olio Evo Per prima fai cuocere il peperone in forno a 180 gradi per 25 minuti , poi frullalo assieme a metà del latte di cocco. Taglia lo scalogno a pezzetti e saltalo in padella con due cucchiai di olio Evo Aggiungi ora il peperone frullato , la pasta di curry , il succo di lime e l’acqua. Cuoci per 5 minuti a fiamma media. Aggiungi il pesce (precedentemente tagliato a pezzetti) e cuoci per altri 10 minuti a fiamma bassa. Completa con il restante latte di cocco , il timo e gli spaghetti di riso. Spegni la fiamma e lascia cuocere gli spaghetti. / Ingredients 1 red bell pepper 200 ml coconut milk 500 ml water 1 shallot 1 lime juice 1 tbsp red curry paste 10 prawns 1 medium size squid 120 g rice noodles 2 thyme sprigs 2 tbsp olive oil Bake bell pepper at 180C for 25 minutes , then blend it with half of the coconut milk. Cut shallot and brown it in tall pot with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add bell pepper cream , lime and water to the pot and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat. Cut fish and add it to the pan and cook for 10 more minutes at low heat. Finish with the rest of the coconut milk , thyme and rice noodles. MERVEILLE DE PAD THAÏ 🙌🏻⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🇫🇷 J’adore ce plat thaïlandais (à base de nouilles sautées) et je dois vous avouer que je n’en avais jamais mangé un aussi bon , à part à Koh Samui 😅!! Beaucoup de goût , avec des pousses de soja bien croquantes , des cacahuètes et une sauce sucrée/salée à tomber ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ 🇺🇸 I love this Thai dish (based on stir-fried noodles) and I must admit that I have never eaten such a good one , except in Koh Samui !!
