Step aside cereal and milk... there’s a new staple breakfast in town😤🙏🏼. These corn flakes are so crispy and are made with just the right amount of sweetness to make this meal absolute PERFECTION. • CEREAL PANCAKES🥞💛👉🏼 1/3 cup buttermilk pancake mix🥞 , 1 scoop cinnamon bun protein , 1 tsp maca powder , 1/4 tsp cinnamon , 1 egg , & 1/2 cup water. While they were cooking I added in some @barbarasbakery Organic Corn Flakes before flipping. I made my spring roll in a bowl yesterday and forgot how easy this one was😍it made a bunch too so about to be eating this for lunch & dinner today👏🏻 I used ground beef in this but you can switch up the protein based off what ya have plus this green cabbage seemed to last a while in my fridge so a good thing to use it up with🙌🏻 the full recipe for this spring roll in a bowl is linked in my bio & I’ll share a few other ideas for this week in my stories too! hope you have a great sunday💛
