happy Sunday! we’re starting our day off on a sweet note with my vegan , gluten-free oat flour crepes , made with only 5 simple ingredients! 🍓I filled mine with a chocolate hazelnut spread , but the filling options are endless- sweet or savory 🤩 full recipe below👇🏼 vegan crepes , makes 5-6: 1 1/2 cup oat flour 1/4 cup tapioca flour 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk , plus an extra 1/4 cup to thin between batches 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or avocado oil Filling options: chocolate hazelnut spread , yogurt , nut butter , fruit Whisk together all crepe ingredients until smooth , except for the extra 1/4 cup milk. Heat a large pan on medium heat and spray with cooking oil. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and swirl around so the batter spreads thinly and evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes per side. Add 1 tbsp of milk between each batch to thin the batter. Fill with desired toppings

Does everyone have hot plans for tonight Do they involve staying in and wearing PJs Maybe you’re cool like me and just started a 3000 piece puzzle that barely fits on your dining table , or ~maybe~ you want to cozy up and shape some samosa! These cute cocktail samosa are filled with a delicious and easy to make chana dal (some possible subs listed in the blog post). Shaping samosa is actually quite simple , and I’ve got a video and plenty of photos to help you along! You can bake them or fry them (not gonna lie , frying tastes better but baked are still great) and they can be cooked to order. 
Just know that they should come with a warning that when eating them you’ll find yourself singing: “I just can’t get enough” on repeat because you realize you don’t actually know any more of that song than that one refrain. And while it doesn’t take that long to shape these little two bite samosa yourself , if you do have a friend , partner , or some kiddos at home to help you shape them , all the better!
