🍓TORTA LIGHT ALLE FRAGOLE , COCCO E CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE🍓
- 50 gr farina integrale - 50 gr farina di avena integrale - 20 gr farina di cocco - 150 gr yogurt bianco - 1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato + limone - 150 gr di albumi - 20 gr cioccolato fondente 99%
- 200 gr fragole fresche - Fiocchi di avena
Unisci le due farine integrali e aggiungi il bicarbonato su cui andrai a spremere mezzo limone.
Aggiungi l’albume e lo yogurt bianco (io ho utilizzato quello intero , ma puoi sostituirlo con qualsiasi altro) e mescola bene con una frusta a mano. Unisci anche la farina di cocco e il cioccolato fondente a scaglie.
In una ciotola taglia le fragole e cospargile con un po’ di farina integrale in modo che non si depositino sul fondo una volta cotta la torta e aggiungile al composto lasciandone solo 3 al naturale che ti serviranno per la decorazione del dolce.
Versa tutto in una teglia di circa 20 cm ricoperta da carta forno. Cospargi la superficie della torta con dei fiocchi di avena e posiziona le 3 fragole rimaste.
Inforna per circa 50’ a 180 gradi.
Fai la prova stecchino.
