Something you might need to hear πŸ™†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ β € β € On Sunday night , I discovered that I had a lump on boob 😭😳 β € I was TERRIFIED , anxious and well a absolute mess until I got my results back because I didn’t know what to think. πŸ˜­β € β € I went to the doctors Monday morning who sent me for scans on Tuesday to get it checked & to hopefully rule out cancer. 😭 β € β € I went back to the doctor yesterday to get my results back and he said that it’s wasn’t cancer πŸ™πŸΌ and that it was some kinda hormonal change and I need to keep a eye on it. β € β € I can finally breathe , think straight again and feel so relieved and grateful that it wasn’t anything serious. πŸ˜­πŸ™πŸΌ β € β € LADIES PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOOBS..😭 β € If something doesn’t feel right get it checked ASAP... πŸ˜­πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’œ β € Don’t put it off and think it will go away itself - just go get it checked. πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ˜˜ β € The doctors advice was to always check them when laying down. β˜ΊοΈβ € β € Your greatest wealth is your health πŸ™πŸΌ β € β € Happy Thursday everyone!! πŸ₯° β € I did my intervals this morning before work & I absolutely love those post interval feels πŸ˜…πŸ₯³ β € I hope you all have a great Thursday 😘πŸ₯° xxx β € β €
