channeling summer bbq season for din 🙏🏼🙏🏼 loaded mediterranean burgers and lemony roasted potatoes , served with a big bed of greens! one of the best simple dinners i’ve had in a long time!! can’t get over the flavor of either of these- plus they’ll make the best leftovers 🙌🏼 details for both below:⠀ ⠀ ⠀ for the potatoes:⠀ 4-5 gold potatoes , sliced into wedges ⠀ 2 tbsp olive oil ⠀ 1 tsp italian seasoning⠀ salt and pepper ⠀ juice of 1 lemon⠀ fresh parsley ⠀ 1. preheat oven to 425F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.⠀ 2. toss the potatoes in the oil , salt , and pepper. lay flat on the baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes , tossing halfway through. ⠀ 3. when they are done roasting , squeeze lemon juice over the potatoes and sprinkle with fresh parsley. ⠀ ⠀ for the burgers:⠀ 1 lb ground chicken (or turkey) ⠀ 1/2 cup chopped baby spinach ⠀ 1/2 bell pepper , diced ⠀ 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh parsley⠀ 1/4 heaping cup crumbled feta ⠀ 1/4 cup kalamata olives , chopped (optional)⠀ 1-2 tbsp red onion , finely diced ⠀ 1 tsp italian seasoning 1/2 tsp sea salt⠀ 1/4 tsp black pepper ⠀ 1/4 tsp garlic powder ⠀ punch of red pepper flakes⠀ 1. mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.⠀form into 5-6 patties. 2. heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and spray with avocado oil. ⠀ 3. cook burgers for 5-7 minutes on each side , until browned and cooked through.⠀

nothing cozier than mac n’ cheese 😍 and guess what I figured out! It’s actually a cinch to make #glutenfree and vegan! This recipe uses truffle salt and truffle oil to give it a little extra 💥 but you could totally leave that out if you don’t have it! This mac and cheese is super creamy , has a crunchy topping and makes amazing leftovers. Şimdi eskilere bakarken farkettim , o anda gece yarısı paylaşmak gibi parlak bir fikir geldi aklıma , paylaştım 😅 Fındıklı Çikolatalı Unsuz Kek 1. 100 gr. %60 bitter çikolata 2. 125 gr. kavrulmuş toz haline getirilmiş fındık 3. 135 gr. şeker 4. 3 yumurta sarısı , 3 yumurta beyazı (oda sıcaklığında) . Az tarçın Yapılışı: Fırını 175 C'de alt üst ayarda ısıtın. 16 cm. çember kalıbın tabanına pişirme kağıdı serin ve tereyağı ile yağlayın. 💫50 gr. çikolatayı benmari eritin. 💫Yumurta sarıları ve 100 gr. şekeri 3-4 dk. rengi açılana kadar çırpın. 💫Erimiş çikolatayı ekleyip karıştırın. 💫Toz fındığı , tarçını ekleyip spatula ile karıştırın. 💫Kalan 50 gr. çikolatayı küçük parçalara bölüp harca ekleyin. 💫Yumurta beyazlarını karıştırma kabına alın , orta hızda karıştırmaya başlayın. Köpürmeye başlayınca azar azar 35 gr. şekeri ekleyin , hacmi artana , kabarana ve üstünde tepecikler olusana kadar çırpın. 💫3 seferde kek harcına ekleyin. Alttan üste doğru dairesel hareketlerle karıştırın , harcı söndürmeyin. 💫Fırında 30 dk. pişirin , kürdan kontrolü yaparak piştiğinden emin olun. 💫Fırından alın , soğutma teline aktarın 10 dk. bekleyip kalıptan çıkartın. . Üst Kreması: 140 gr. bitter çikolata ince doğrayın. Cam bir kaseye koyun. 100 ml. kremayı kaynama noktasına gelene kadar ısıtın , çikolatanın üstüne dökün , 1 dk. bekleyin pürüzsüz olana kadar karıştırın. 15 gr. bal , bir fiske deniz tuzu ekleyip tekrar karıştırın. Yakhni Pulao. Basically basmati rice cooked in a delicious spiced meat broth. 😍 Seriously another pulao in a row 😬 but this one is from way back. I made it during the holidays , conveniently forgot and never got around to posting it. Got a new phone earlier this week and while data transfering I found a bunch of step by step I had shot. Told you , I shoot way more than I post.🙈 I love yakhani pulao , we grew up eating it , rather for many years I was tricked into thinking that it’s biryani. 😄 Its lighter , it’s quicker to make than a biryani definitely. And it delivers! Perfect to feed a crowd , I don’t need much more than a raita or chutney to go along but a soupy chicken or potato dish goes well on side of you are entertaining. It’s an amazing weekend dish to try and feed the family and I truly wish I had some meat in the freezer to make some tomorrow. Oh well! Will put up a step by step in stories.
