And you 😆⁣ ⁣ If you are used to buy energy bars , just take a minute to read the ingredient list. The majority of them are filled with soooooo much sugar. And not the best sugars…⁣ Making your own bars requires only 10 minutes of preparation with staples ingredients. That’s it! 🥳 And when you eat them you know you are fueling your body with wholesome and nourishing food.⁣ In case you’d be scared that your homemade bars won’t be as good as store-bought , I would like to reassure you that you are going to devour these 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 , 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝘆 , 𝗴𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝘀 in no time 😋 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲! ⁣ ⁣ Happy Sunday to YOU 🧡⁣⁣ Much love , Anita.⁣ ⁣ 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 for 10 bars * 1/2 cup (125ml) gluten free rolled oats * 1/2 cup (125ml) quinoa oats (or rolled oats) * 1/2 cup (125ml) almonds * 1/2 cup (125ml) pecans * 1/2 cup (125ml) ground almonds * 2 tbsp sunflower seeds * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1/2 tsp nutmeg * 6 tbsp agave syrup * 2 tbsp coconut oil Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 20x20cm (8x8 inch) baking pan with parchment paper. Combine very well all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture in the prepared pan and press down firmly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before slicing. BANANA STUFFED CINNAMON RAISIN FRENCH TOAST🙌🏻🍞🍌 . Here’s what i did: whisked 1 egg with nut milk and lots of cinnamon together. toasted cinnamon raisin bread (you could use any bread!) and dipped one piece in the mixture and added to a greased skillet on low. mash a banana on top of the bread then dip the second slice of bread into the egg/milk mixture and press it down to make the sandwich. turn heat up to medium and crisp on each side for 3-5 minutes! serve with anything you want. i used maple syrup + creamy almond butter. more on how i made this is on my stories!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 .
