Making your own bars requires only 10 minutes of preparation with staples ingredients. That’s it! 🥳 And when you eat them you know you are fueling your body with wholesome and nourishing food.

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 for 10 bars
* 1/2 cup (125ml) gluten free rolled oats
* 1/2 cup (125ml) quinoa oats (or rolled oats)
* 1/2 cup (125ml) almonds
* 1/2 cup (125ml) pecans
* 1/2 cup (125ml) ground almonds
* 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp nutmeg
* 6 tbsp agave syrup
* 2 tbsp coconut oil
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 20x20cm (8x8 inch) baking pan with parchment paper. Combine very well all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture in the prepared pan and press down firmly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before slicing. Store in an airtight container and enjoy during the week!

- 3 Tablespoons (35 grams) *oil.
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. .
- 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk .
- 3/4 cup (95 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (43 grams) unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup (128 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 Oreo Cookies , roughly chopped . .

BANANA STUFFED CINNAMON RAISIN FRENCH TOAST🙌🏻🍞🍌 .
Here’s what i did: whisked 1 egg with nut milk and lots of cinnamon together. toasted cinnamon raisin bread (you could use any bread!) and dipped one piece in the mixture and added to a greased skillet on low. mash a banana on top of the bread then dip the second slice of bread into the egg/milk mixture and press it down to make the sandwich. turn heat up to medium and crisp on each side for 3-5 minutes! serve with anything you want. i used maple syrup + creamy almond butter. more on how i made this is on my stories!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
