Savory post coming in hot (literally 🥵) with this buffalo cauli and tofu bowl 🔥 I tried @thenewprimal medium buffalo sauce for the first time and o m g it is so good. • • Bowl: layer of @organicgirl super greens , quinoa , buffalo cauli , buffalo tofu , and pickled cabbage & carrots 🌞✨🤍 • • For the buffalo cauli: preheat oven to 400F. chop one head of cauli and spray with avo oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes then add it to bowl and cover in @thenewprimal buffalo sauce. Place back on baking tray and broil for 5-8 minutes so it gets crispy! UNREAL. (Also when I die someone bury me with this cauli)

When the quarantine life has got ya down… just look at this lusciously comforting n’pretty purple-licious soup! 💗💜🤷🏻‍♀️ Not really sure if that’s a thang but I’m making it one now! 💜💃🏻 And can we please talk for a hot min about all the brand new words in our vocabulary… social-distancing , lockdown , quarantine… I’ve def said them more in the last 4 weeks than in my whole entire 38 years of life combined. 🤨🤷🏻‍♀️ But for reals. I tried making these rolls a few times! I tried with a few substitutes but ended up with this recipe which turned out so fluffy and just like the mall cinnamon buns! How is day 16579 of quarantine going How are things going where you live!. Stay healthy 💕🙏. . . . Cinnamon Rolls 3 cups of flour 1 cup of warm almond milk 4 T of vegan butter A dash of salt , cinnamon 3 T of sugar , whatever you prefer. 2 1/4 tsp of yeast. Cinnamon mixture: 1 T of cinnamon powder. 2 T of cocao powder. 1/4 of dairy free chocolate (melted). 3 T of vegan butter. 4 T of sugar. I added the milk to the yeast and stirred in the sugar. While I let that sit , I gathered my dry ingredients into a big bowl. I added the warm yeast mixture to the dry ingredients in the bowl. I attached a paddle attachment to my mixer and I let dropped the dough into the bowl. Let it mix for a few minutes until a dough ball forms. Transfer to a well greased bowl. Let it rise in the sun , covered. Or in a warm place for an hour. Meanwhile combine all the cinnamon mixture in a small bowl. . Transfer dough onto a lightly floured counter. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread mixture from edge to edge. Roll starting from the long edge tightly. Cut with a serrated knife. Arrange in your dish an inch away from one another and let it rise for an hour. Stick it into a preheated oven at 350F for 18-20 mins. . . Icing glaze: 2 cups of icing sugar. 4 T of vegan butter or almond milk. Mix with a hand blender for a few minutes. Thickness of glaze is preference. I like it thicker and creamier and some prefer a thin coat 🥰. Enjoy! Where are my pasta ppl I post pasta pics so much on here but I just love it ok🥺 I usually make enough for two servings to have the next day! To reheat , I’ll put it back on the stove with a splash of almond milk and a little more ricotta. Sooo yummy plz try ❣️ . . . Chickpea pasta with veggies and ricotta ⏩ INGREDIENTS: @eatbanza chickpea penne Cherry tomatoes Zucchini Onions @kitehillfoods plant-based ricotta Olive oil Minced garlic S&p . DIRECTIONS: Steam cherry tomatoes , onion , & zucchini in a pan with a splash of water. Once tender , add in olive oil & minced garlic & sauté. Cook pasta & once done , drain & reserve 1/3- 1/2 cup ish of the pasta water. Put penne in the pan with the other ingredients , lowering the heat to a simmer. Add the ricotta & a little bit of the water at a time , until desired consistency. Drizzle with olive oil & add salt & pep.
