There is so much information about macros all over internet but what is true and what is wrong!! Here I will tell you the brutal honest truth! . ➡️ You follow the same macros all the time - WRONG ❌ . Macros have to be adapted to , and changed , to continue making progress. This is important to understand. If you keep the same macro numbers for a long duration , your body will get use to them and your results will become stagnant . ➡️ Macros means you have a custom tailored plan - TRUE ✅ . Bada bing bada boom. TRUTH. But you need to make sure they are custom tailored to your unique body type (every body is completely different - no body is the same) , + your body stats (someone 50+ years old can not be following what someone 30+ years old is doing!) , and your personal goals (toning and shaping requires a different strategy and game plan than someone who wants to maintain weight and build muscle) . ➡️ You have to track them FOREVER - WRONG ❌ . Once you understand the fundamentals and track for a while you will have a grasp on what you’re eating , how much you're eating , and how to go about life staying on track. Imagine constantly tracking macros for the rest of your life! That would definitely not work , and you don't even have to. But you do need to learn the habits with macros FIRST.
