Simple but delicious breakfasts are my jam 🤍 in this bowl: my favourite protein zucchini oats , white peach and shredded coconut. To make the oats: Add 1/3-1/2 cup rolled oats to a pan with half a small grated zucchini , 1/2 cup plant milk (I used @pureharvest  unsweetened almond milk) , 1/2 cup water and a pinch of cinnamon. Simmer , stirring regularly , until the oats and zucchini are as soft as you like them - I cook mine for about ten minutes. Take off the heat and add a scoop of protein powder - lately I’ve been loving vanilla protein from @luxefitness. Top with your favourites and enjoy!

Salmon BLT 🙌🏻 One of my all time favorite meals- I had it once at a restaurant then made it the next few days in a row at home 😂 It’s messy , it’s delicious , it’s just everything you need in a meal 👌🏻 Plus it’s ready in 15 minutes! Add some avocado if you have some on hand to take it over the top 😎 - - #dinner details 👉🏻 Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper , add bacon , bake for 15 minutes. On another pan , add a salmon filet and sprinkle with salt , pepper , and garlic powder. Bake for 13 minutes. Toast 2 slices of sourdough and of course add greens and tomatoes! #eeeeeats #foodies #choosingbalance

We suppose it doesn’t get a whole bunch easier than “Throw ingredients into the Instant Pot/slow cooker and go.” But...yeah. That’s it. Some chicken , coconut milk and a whole slew of spices. In the end you have a super tender , creamy , richly spiced situation that you can put in/on/next to just about anything.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add to the Instant Pot or slow cooker:⠀ 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs⠀ 2 tablespoons honey⠀ 2 tablespoons garam masala⠀ 1 tablespoon chili powder⠀ 1 tablespoon garlic powder⠀ 1 tablespoon cumin⠀ 2 teaspoons salt⠀ 2 teaspoons turmeric⠀ 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger⠀ 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper⠀ 14-ounce can coconut milk⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the Instant Pot , cook for 5 minutes manual high pressure + 10 minutes for natural release. In the slow cooker , cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
