Happy Tuesday! Toasting four ways today all on homemade everything paleo @simplemills artisan bread! Which one is your favorite: 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 Toasts: 1. Avocado toast topped with a fried pasture raised egg 2. Cashew butter toast topped with sliced strawberries 3. Avocado toast topped with easter radishes 4. Avocado toast topped with the softest scramble The paleo bread is only made with a few ingredients: @simplemills artisan bread , 2 tbsp avocado oil , 1/4 cup water , 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar , 3 eggs and 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning. Mix it all together , transfer to a greased loaf pan , cook for about an hour and enjoy! Wishing you the best day today and hope you're doing amazing! #sweatspace #toastlikemike #simplemillspartner

INGRÉDIENTS 125 g de farine 1/2 sachet de levure chimique 70 g de sucre 1 sachet de sucre vanillé 2 œufs 1 dl de lait demi-écrémé 1 pincée de sel PRÉPARATION ÉTAPE 1 Séparez les jaunes des blancs d’œufs. Faites blanchir les jaunes avec 50 g de sucre. Dans un saladier , mélangez la farine , la levure , 20 g de sucre et le sucre vanillé. Ajoutez à la préparation précédente. Versez le lait et mélangez bien le tout. ÉTAPE 2 Battez les blancs en neige bien fermes avec la pincée de sel. Ajoutez-les délicatement à la préparation précédente. ÉTAPE 3 Chauffez une poêle à revêtement antiadhésif. Placez délicatement avec une cuillère la pâte à pancake. Couvrez la poêle d’un couvercle et laissez cuire pendant 5 minutes environ à feu doux. retournez les pancakes. Celebrating #ToastTuesday with sweet potato toast✌️ways and bell pepper eggs inspired by my friend Kelly over at @nurturingbodyandmind. I made it all on my stories , and you can also get the #deats below👇 . For the bell pepper eggs , slice a bell pepper lengthwise at the thickest part into two thin rings (~1/2 cm thick) , and cook on the stove top in a little avocado or olive oil over medium high heat for 2-3 mins per side. Crack an egg into each and season with salt and pepper (I also added red pepper flakes and thyme). Reduce the heat to medium or medium low , and cook until the egg whites are cooked through (~5-10 mins). . For the sweet potato toast , slice a sweet potato lengthwise into thin toast-like pieces (~1/2 cm thick). Cook in your toaster on high for three full rounds (can totally also cook in a regular or toaster oven for ~15-20 mins give or taste). Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! I did one with mashed avocado and tomato slices and one with peanut butter and a homemade super simple berry chia jam.

Caramelized banana toast mornings are my current favorite 🍌🍞✨. Not really feeling like being productive today , so I’m thinking a lazy day with more slices of this toast is in order. Just a reminder , it’s okay to take breaks , it’s okay to listen to your body , and it’s okay to put your to do list aside for a day. We’re only human , we can only do so much with our energy , honor that ♥️. dEATS —> I slice of organic local sourdough toasted extra crisp / @kweenandco vanilla granola butter / caramelized bananas (recipe below) / pecans / @publicgoods maple syrup (discount code: MARIANNAPGA) FOR THE BANANAS: Heat 2 tsp of @publicgoods coconut oil on medium heat. Slice your banana down the middle lengthwise , and cut into 4 chunks. Add to the pan , flat side down , and sprinkle with 1 tsp of @publicgoods cinnamon and 1 tsp of coconut sugar. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.

easy veggie omelet inspired by my girl @winniesbalance_ 🍳🤤 sauté diced red onion & bell pepper for 1-2 minutes - toss in spinach and cook for about 30 more seconds until slightly wilted. Set aside. Whisk two eggs with paprika , garlic powder , s&p. Melt 1 tbsp ghee and add in egg mixture. Tilt the pan and lift the edges of the omelet as it starts to cook in order to allow the uncooked parts in the middle to flow out to the edges of the pan and cook quicker and more evenly. Place veggie filling on one side and fold in half. Serve with an English muffin & some fruit. #biteswithb #brunch #breakfastfordinner
