Here’s a lil something I read today in the book I’m currently studying on building an optimal body : fàn hòu bǎi bù zǒu , huó dào jiǔ shí jiǔ (飯後百步走,活到九十九). Which is a chinese rhyme that translates to , “if you take 100 steps after each meal , you’ll live to 99.”⁣⁣ it sounds cooler in its respective language ofc. But to better compliment this weather we’ll use : hán dōng hē bǔ jiǔ , néng huó jiǔ shí jiǔ (寒冬喝補酒,能活九十九). which means...if in the deep cold of winter you drink a little supplementing wine , you’ll be able to live to 99. 🍷 which rhymes better in english. hehe.⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Also...happy weekend everyone! I just finished brekkie (I hope you’re proud @nanapuff12) Other thoughts...I also really miss Jawn , but instead of waiting another month for him to come home...he’s flying me out this time to reunite with him in China. :*) ♡⁣⁣⁣ -⁣⁣⁣ Leggings : @prettylittlething

Hello , hello. Current Diet : everything I want in moderation. When designing the meal plans for my program , I wanted to make sure that it was flexible and fun and mostly catered to asian dishes that I enjoy. I mean like...whose down for bubble tea in their diet 😏

not sure how i feel about the gym reopening up in less than two weeks. i still feel like it’s too soon as the infection rate has not much really declined i need cardio back in my life tho lol never gonna take it for granted again. probably gonna do stairmasters everyday when i do start going back 😅

Day after day it seems like we are living the same life , but only when we turn around we will realize how far we have come.  I am not saying this hollowback gets easier for me , in fact , it gets harder with all the bodyweight training I did in the past. Can you touch your toes Stretching is SO important for your health. It keeps your muscles strong , flexible and healthy so that you can maintain range of motion in your body. If you don't use it , you lose it. I see so many clients who have lost their ability to move properly and it's so sad to see. Not only are they stiff and sore , they are much more predisposed to injury! I simply stretch at home on the floor whilst I watch Netflix. I'm watching @cheernetflix at the moment and boy does it give me motivation to get moving! Which stretch is the hardest for you My hamstrings are the most painful to stretch for me.
